It's really, really, really weak compared to the other two.

I mean, I think healers see more benefits from the refresh haste than this, since they can cast heals more frequently and that's better than a (very) minor increase to arguably the least useful healing stats.

I'm not sure if it's worth opening a discussion, since I expect comparisons like this will get the Pitch nerfed instead... :P but I'd like to see it affect heal effectiveness by 5-10% as well, and of course pick up a modifier on the heal crit multiplier too. Maybe add spell haste so cast time heals cast faster, too, then that would justify using this over the global refresh haste potentially.

At least it's not broken however. :)

It now gives 5% critical heal chance and 10% critical heal mulitiplier.  Percussion modifies it (if you find a percussion offhand), but not the critical heal multiplier part.  Might be that is capped at 140%.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I first activated my Vanguard account back when the game first came out. I have all the veteran rewards as well as the founder title but know very little of the game. I played the original Everquest for 8 years, moved to WoW for 4 years and now I decided to give Vangaurd another go. I love how the game is actually challenging in more aspects than other MMO's and love how the game is more group orientated leveling up as opposed to WoW where you can reach the max level by soloing.

I am a new Bard player on the Telon server. Player name Scionarf. Level 14 atm. I play weekend mornings and weekday afternoons. See you guys in-game!

I had been debating coming back to try things out, but starting at level 1 to relearn the class after all the changes since 2007.  However, since they merged all servers into one, and since I read that many devs are getting canned by SOE I have to wonder how much life is left in VG, or if SOE is going to pull the plug on it and move on.  I don't want to invest time and money into playing a character if the world is going to end in a year.

Going to update this with the server merge imminent...

We raid Monday/Tuesday/Thursday now (changing back to Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday after Memorial day), 8 PM - midnight eastern on weekdays.

Same attendance requirements, but I want to emphasize the goal of 75%+ now - not absolutely required but strongly desired.

We are in dire need of bards so if you're interested in trying out a top-end guild raiding we would love to have you - and soon it won't even matter the server so get in touch early. :)

First, get used to using your mouse to move.  You can turn much faster with a mouse than with the keyboard.  Hold both mouse buttons down to move.

Then there are 2 ways, the easy way and the slightly more effective way.
1. Get far enough ahead, turn and fire, then turn back and keep running.
or
2. Run and jump while running, turn in air and fire then turn back while still in mid jump, then keep running till ready to fire again.  This way the mob does not gain on you while you are firing.  It may seem difficult at first but its not really.
